Back to Reality..

The girls were very excited to get
back to school. It was a rough
morning getting out the door.
Our winter break we had
lots of lazy morning's, watching
movies and eating all sorts
of junk food. It's nice to
be back in a routine and the girls
can't wait for" show n share" n Friday.

Christmas morning...

Three excited kiddos
waiting to go and see
what Santa had brought
them. Morgan woke up at six
and patiently waited
for his sisters wake up!
Nobody got coal, so
everyone must have been
good this year. It was a fun
morning watching all of them
open their treasures. Maks slept thru
his first Christmas morning, but
he made up for it once he
woke up. He wasn't sure what
to think. He liked the paper...

Madison is just like me, she like to get
all her stuff together and count it and have
me take a picture
This is one of Madi's big wants for this year.
The Lalloopsy dolls. They were hard to find. I
managed to find the twins.
Christmas 2010

We went to the North Pole...

The Lovell family went to
the North Pole. We went to Greer, its
about a 4 hour drive from where we live.
We had dinner and then we loaded
onto a trolley and traveled to
the North Pole. The Elves let us
into Santa's workshop. The kids
got to see where they live,
make toys and see
where Rudolph the reindeer
sleeps....
We sang Christmas songs
had hot coco and sugar cookies.
It was so fun to see the magic light
up in all the kids eyes.
It was a wonderful opportunity
and we were so lucky to
do such a fun thing as
a family! Morgan was here
for 2 1/2 weeks for
his winter break. We had
a fabulous visit with him.
After we left Santa's
workshop we went and stayed
in a cabin. We got in our pj's
and watch "How the Grinch
stole Christmas". It's a memory
that I will always remember(long
drive and all). It was really cold
and had a little bit of snow. It made it
feel more like Christmas.
Here are some of the
highlights...

Maksim, 8 months

Maksim is the sweetest baby
on the planet. He is easy going, loves
to be entertained by his
sisters. He laughs even when
they aren't that funny!
He is starting to crawl and
watch out he is driving
a little early too!

Madison turns 4!!

We can't believe Madison is four years old.
She is so grown up and mature.
She loves to take charge, we
joke that she will be a
school teacher one day!
Madison loves her sister and
brothers so much, she is the happiest
when her family is all together. Madi
has such a big heart, she loves to give
loves and kisses to everyone she knows.
Her sweet spirit shines through her
smile and her giggle.
Madison is quite the fashionista,
She loves to wear
dresses and skirts. She will
compromise with her mom
and wear pants every once in awhile,
I may have
created a little monster. haha!!
We love you and
happy 4 th bday!

McKinzi turns 3...

We can't believe our "Kinzi Bear"
has turned three years old. She is such
a sassy girl with a personality
all to her own. She loves being
with her sister and is a great big
sister to Maks. She is a daddy's girl, but
loves one on one time with her mom. She
loves to have no clothes on and her
choice of underwear is Thomas the train.
I still laugh when I see her in her "boy"
underwear, but that is what she picked
out when she was being potty
trained. I didn't care as long
as she was going on the potty.
She is messy, but has coordination.
She wears skirts cause that's
what her sister likes, but is
more comfortable in pants. She
doesn't like "dress up" clothes cause
they are itchy. She can
be grumpy if she gets woke up wrong
side of the bed. Loves to sing songs when
she is happy. McKinzi has a smile that is
infectious and melts your heart.
We love you and Happy 3rd bday!

best hair ever!

Sisters...

These two are like glue. They are
best of friends, but opposite in
so many ways. Which is a good thing!
That's why they get along so well.
They are Irish twins born just
five days shy of a year.
As their mother, I can't
believe they are mine. They are
truly gifts from God. I can't believe
they turned 3 & 4 years old.
The time really has flown by.
Its been very hectic at times, but
I wouldn't change it for the world. I see
the bond between these two and it
makes me wish I had a sister.

School Pageant

The girls class dressed like Shepard's and
put on a performance for the
parents. It was pretty funny. Madison yelled
at the top of her lungs. McKinzi acted
like it was her full-time job being dressed
like a Shepard. Too funny!

Christmas Jammies!

We started a new tradition this year.
I gave the kiddos their Christmas Pj's
on Thanksgiving night. Its fun to have them
wear then all month long. They love having
them on while they sing all their Xmas songs
they learned at school for their pageant.

Holiday Party 2010

We have a Holiday dinner party
with friends every Christmas.
We have a great time catching up
with friends, some we only see a few
times a year. Plus, its fun to get
dressed up and have a date night!

My Amazing Brother...

Ten days after Thanksgiving
things changed for my family.
My brother, Ryan was hanging
Christmas lights on his house. He fell
15 feet from the ladder and broke
both his elbows and his leg. He was
flown to Salt Lake. He had 8
hours of surgery on his elbows.
I flew in the next day to be
with my family and Brittany.
Even though his injuries are
terrible, he is so lucky to be
alive and not paralyzed.
Ryan is doing well, he
is home now, but
its a day by day progress.
I have had some time to reflect
on his accident and it has made me realize
how precious life is. Things can change
in a heart beat. I'm so lucky to have such
an amazing brother, friend and
Uncle to my kids. This is
a picture we got of all of
them at Thanksgiving. I'm so
proud of him and his progress so far.
He has a great attitude and will for life.
He has a long road ahead of him, but
everyone is already amazed at how
much he is doing on his own.
We love you and can't wait
to come visit soon...

Thanksgiving 2010

We were lucky to have
my parents, brother
and sister-in-law come visit
for Thanksgiving. My kids were
so excited to have them visit.
Brittany was the head chef and I was
her assistant, I did whatever
she told me to do. I couldn't ever do a
Thanksgiving without her!
We ate way to much, the girls
went shopping and the boys
watch football. My kids
got spoiled.

The table, minus Virginia

Even Maks ate everything!
The boys were on clean up duty!

Thanksgiving Feast

The girls pre-school class fixed a
feast for all the parents. We had to
come and eat with the class.
They sang a few songs
and we ate what they all
prepared, it actually
was pretty good food.
i think they were more
excited that me and
Maks were there!
